I'm leaving them in public places so if you're in the Antelope Valley be on the look out ^^ Or if you'd like to request one, I'd be thrilled to take your order. Zine order. Any other order you're on your own... And if I'm lucky, I might have a chance to leave a few in downtown L.A this weekend *crosses fingers*

I'm Baaack

So I've been gone awhile. Living life and all. Mostly I've been doing my journaling in an actual journal. Making my first zine. Figuring things out. And *drum roll* getting business cards ^^ I doubt anyone reads this thing anymore nor do I blame anyone for that. But it's coming to the point where I'm ready to throw myself out there. I'm ready to roll, baby. My new digital camera will make this process a little easier. It was about time for me to visually document my work. So look out for me in '08. It's the same old Amber with a new attitude.

I Get Get Get Around

Currently Listening to: Killola

So I have a week left to be a teenager. Then it's gone. Just like that *snaps fingers* And I was thinking of things I have to be proud of for my teen years. Here's a short list:

1. Came out of the closet (age 16)
2. Wrote a novel (age 17)
3. Went to Japan (age 18)
4. Got into a stable relationship (age 19)
5. Kept a good relationship with my mother (harder that it sounds at any age)

You know, the big things. I didn't count the best haircut ever or learning the guitar (I just suck, okay?), or things like that. I figure I have those 5 major things to be proud. It's a good life but I want to live it up, you know? Because in my twenties if things are still good with my girl there's marriage, she wants a kid before she's thirty (she's currently 21) and by then I'll have a career. Living it up won't be a good option for me. This is my pre-mid-life crisis. I've got the spirit of a drifter inside just wanting to see where the wind takes her... *sigh* At least when you turn 21 you get to drink, at 20 what do I get? A Killola concert for free >< Not bad. K))

I'm Feelin' Drunk

Currently I'm listening to Scarlett Johansson's version of "Summertime" and I swear it makes me feel drunk. I love that songs have that power over me. Hence why I'll be picking up a guitar again. Yes, I'm taking guitar lessons at my local college. >< Wish me luck. But back to the topic of drunkeness on this song. Scarlett can sing! I mean really sing. Well, not to mention she looks like a film noir actress, now she sounds like she could sing in the background of one, too. If you haven't heard this song yet, you must. It beats the feeling I get drinking tequila and for me, that means something.

Anyway, South of Nowhere premiered tonight. But I've saved my reactions for the fan forums this time. But still :O Oh. My. God. So good. And Gabrielle Christian? I could fall for her this season. So hot. So in charge. So... *swoon* I'll admit it. I've got a crush on her. She has these little lazy smiles I've never seen on her before and my heart melts... *sigh* my tummy's getting all tangled up ><

Rawr

It's late. My girlfriend's in Las Vegas. And I'm craving a bit of people communication, but then it hit me that I still don't like the vast majority of people. Back at square one...

Got to see the new promo for season 3 of South of Nowhere yesterday. Looks like Spencer's finally getting some action from Ashley and a girl who isn't the lovely Ms. Davies. Which begs the question: Who is the new chick? I'm all for Spashley, hell I even have a shirt proclaiming my love for the couple but it's nice to see Spencer going for it. Guess I'll just have to wait for more promos and Aug. 3 when the new season starts.

The webseries Girltrash has started. I suggest you check it out. No, really. Now, don't even bother reading this: go to ourchart.com and there you will find all that you need to start your journey into awesome-ness.
